Guerilla Jax is a private group governed by a set of rules that define how all of its members interact physically and socially in the context of the group. This includes all group-hosted events and group communications. All members and prospective members must read, understand and agree to adhere to these rules. Special shoutout to LAX Jacks for giving us the foundation for our code of conduct.

Guerilla Jax events are designed to be socially, emotionally and physically safe. To this end, every member agrees to understand, observe and maintain these rules. Because we value the club, and because we all understand that these rules make this unique experience possible, we are largely self-policing, though club volunteers are empowered to enforce the rules and intervene when necessary.

1) Age Requirements

Any form of interaction with Guerilla Jax events or social spaces (physical or digital) require attendees to be at minimum 21 years of age. By accepting the language presented in this code of conduct you are verifying that you meet this requirement.

2) JO Focus

Like all true jack-off clubs, sexual activity at our flagship events are strictly limited to masturbation and mutual masturbation. Oral and anal sex are never permitted at Guerilla Jax events unless explicitly stated. We pride ourselves in creating a safe environment for those who love mutual masturbation. There are plenty of “anything goes” sex groups out there and this is not the focus of ours. If interested in other types of play not outlined below, we encourage you to reach out to members looking for that kind of experience and set up a fun, private group session or join one of our limited fetish events.

3) PERMITTED PLAY (by mutual consent)

• Self-masturbation and consensual mutual masturbation

• Erotic and friendly touch

• Showing-off and watching (no touch)

• Parallel penis-to-penis masturbation (“C2C”)

• Frottage (rubbing bodies together)

• Oral contact above the waist only (kissing, nipple nibbling, etc.)

• Anal play (non penetration) - When appropriate (at specific specialty events)

• Piss play/watersports - When appropriate (event will call out designated area)

4) PROHIBITED PLAY AT FLAGSHIP EVENTS

No penile insertion (nothing goes inside anybody’s anything)

Fisting

No oral contact below the waist (no lips below the hips)

If you don’t have consent, you may not touch another member.

5) NUDITY

Minimum participation is stripping to a single article of underwear, a jock or a T-shirt. Hats and fetish wear and gear are always permitted, and some themes will invite specific clothing.

6) EJACULATION

Ejaculate on yourself, a cloth or paper towel, the floor or any canvas-covered surface. Ejaculate in your owned toys or venue provided toys freely. Toys are cleaned and sanitized after each event.

Verbal or nonverbal consent (accepting body language) is required before ejaculating on others. If you are unsure, ask.

Always thoroughly wipe up semen from the floor.

Avoid ejaculating on fabric based uncovered furniture. Leather, faux leather or plastic furniture is ok. Let’s not ruin the host's furniture.

Never purposely allow semen on anyone’s anus or eyes.

Avoid aggressive or prolonged urethra play.

7) EXPLICIT CONSENT & MUTUAL RESPECT

Consent is required before touching another member’s penis. This also applies to kissing. Remember: every person is in charge of their body. You own your body as does every other member you encounter in the warehouse. Always ask before touching someone who hasn’t given consent. Be prepared to say “no” and always take “no” for an answer. Never press the issue. We treat each other with mutual respect and human dignity, like brothers.

8) DISCRETION, ANONYMITY & PHONE USE

Never, at any time, disclose any member’s identity to anyone, either inside the club or out. Ever. What you do here, who you see here, stays here. Violation of any member’s identity is grounds for termination of membership. Do not approach members outside of group events without explicit permission to do so through group app communication or in person at events. Do not reshare personal content shared by other members within official channels of communication without explicit consent. Do not screen capture or take photographs of virtual event spaces inclusive of zoom meetings. Sharing content without consent will result in immediate termination from the group.

Phones are not allowed in areas in which nudity and masturbation/play are occuring at any time. We ask that members leave their phones and other electronic recording devices with their belongings in the check in area during events. Phones are allowed for use in rest/common areas for purposes other than taking pictures or recording. If you are seen with a phone, camera or other electronic recording device in a designated play area during an event, you will be asked to put it away. Any members taking pictures or videos in an active event space will be asked to leave and potentially removed from the group. Moderators may use phones in designated play areas when needing to coordinate event arrivals but will never use a phone to take video or pictures of any kind during an event and will avoid doing so unless absolutely necessary.

9) ILLNESS

Do not attend a Guerilla Jax event if you have or suspect that you may have a disease you can spread to other members in the course of an event. This includes common colds and flu, herpes outbreaks and staph infections. HIV is not considered communicable in the context of club activities. HIV-positive men are welcome to join the club and participate in events in accordance with our rules, as there is no evidence of transmission of the virus through mutual masturbation.

10) ALCOHOL AND DRUG USE

Never bring recreational drugs outside of Marijuana to Guerilla Jax events, and do not arrive at events intoxicated. Intoxicated members will not be admitted or may be ejected from events. Problem behavior will result in termination of membership. Light alcohol consumption is permitted as long as members drink responsibly and do not become intoxicated. “Poppers” ARE permitted.

11) PERSONAL HYGIENE

Your body and hands should be clean when you attend a Guerilla Jax event, with teeth brushed and fingernails trimmed short and smooth. Take care of bad breath and excessive body odor before entering the play space. We love a good man stink, but there is a difference between musk and funk. The club provides mouthwash, hand sanitizer and hand soap at all events as well as antibacterial moist wipes. A shower can be provided (if necessary) but that should be indicated before the event to one of the event hosts. Start every event by washing or sanitizing your hands and consider a quick swish of mouthwash before playing. Do not wear any fragrance to Guerilla Jax events, you'll find that many members enjoy and get turned on by your natural scents.

12) TALKING

Excessive chatter outside of gooner speak within the play space is discouraged during events. Quiet talk is okay, and hot talk is welcome at any volume. “Conversation” is another matter. Be friendly and sociable, but don’t distract others in the play space. If you’re asked to lower your voice, do so. Social conversation is encouraged in the common and entrance areas. You are welcome to engage in friendly conversation and small talk outside of the play space. Be yourself!

13) RSVP

Only members indicated as “GOING” under event pages will be allowed admittance to Guerilla Jax Events unless otherwise indicated or approved by a Moderator. Plus ones and other additional guests who have not RSVP’d for events are not allowed unless discussed and approved by Admins beforehand. Before an event, if you are aware that you are unable to attend, please remove yourself from the “GOING” list within the event page to allow room for other members to attend. Members who continuously fail to do so will be limited to larger, uncapped group gatherings.

14) SHARING CONTENT

Please keep shared content within the “Bate Porn Share” and “Bate Session Share” channels on topic. Any gifs, videos, pictures and other types of pornography should be focused on solo or mutual + group masturbation featuring men with penises. It is ok to share content that drifts into other forms of sex as long as masturbation is involved and consists of only Men. We love and respect women, people with vaginas and our transgender communities but this is a group focused on solo and mutual penis play between men.
